Thank last night newport bay was a savor right at the last minute the manager help me and worked with me so I could have a good night sleep thank you again beds are comfy and clean
We got it with pretty great price on booking.com. Room is small, no hair dryer, no closet to hang cloth. They split the toilet/shower to a separate room, the sink and the mirror is opposite the bed (fengshui wise Im not a fan of this setup, but okay-ish?) On the positive side, room is clean, there are no slippers though so we had to walk barefoot inside, it didnt feel slimy or sticky. Bed was also clean, no trace of bed bugs jn our room. Checkin checkour was fast.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Newport Bay Inn multiple times and have always had a positive experience. The owners have always been friendly and reasonable with us. We choose to stay here above other places because it’s affordable, convenient, and clean. We will continue to stay here as often as possible and would recommend it for others as well.
Room was fine. Newly updated, a bit spartan. Walls were paper thin. Why do people have to have arguments at 5 am? And why is there a cat meowing? It felt safe and tye area was nice and clean.
The New Management is very friendly. Especially the lady she is very friendly and so helpful and kind. The new room is very very nice and clean. Best in the area Highly recommend
Once again a fantastic experience at the Newport Bay inn...great deal... fantastic location... excellent service...this is our go to spot when we go whale watching... convenient location to the port...stores and restaurants...always accommodating to any request and definitely a very comfortable room...great wifi...fridge and microwave... comfy bed...hot water and everything clean... will be back...
I love coming to Newport Bay Inn. The managers are always so nice and the rooms are super clean and new. Very affordable compared to any other place in OC. I will always recommend friend or family when they are visiting and need somewhere to stay. The remodeled rooms have nice vanity mirrors and the restrooms are so nice it feels like you’re in lavish hotel. Very safe and comfortable for people of all ages. Will definitely come back!
